Acrylic Sheet

  • Acrylic sheet is ideal for a wide variety of applications in the display, fabrication and building industries.
  • Good optical clarity
  • Excellent thermoforming capabilities
  • Outstanding weatherability
  • Full range of sheet sizes are available for optimum economic usage
  • Acrylic sheet is available in a range of colour and thicknesses.

Foam PVC

Foam PVC is a lightweight, durable, versatile sheet that can be used for both indoor and   outdoor applications due to its excellent  weathering resistance. It can be easily shaped, printed on, painted, cut, drilled, filed, glued and thermoformed.
The surface is extremely flat and smooth allowing work of high quality definition. It is available in a range of colours ,thickness and a high gloss finish. Foam PVC can be used for signs, posters, cladding, display stands, false ceilings, partition walls, interior decorations etc.

Polycarbonate

Durability and design freedom are two of the key features which designers seek when selecting modern materials. Polycarbonate offers both features plus many more benefits, including the ability to mould the sheet, over traditional glazing and fabrication alternatives. The strength of polycarbonate is now legendary, with unbeatable impact resistance up to 200 times greater than glass and remaining virtually unbreakable, offering protection for those working or playing beneath it.

PETG

PETG is a thermoplastic polyester that provides excellent toughness, chemical resistance and is easy to thermoform. PETG fabricates well using processes like die cutting, drilling, routing, bending and polishing. It bonds easily using solvents or adhesives. With its low forming temperature, PETG can be readily vacuum and pressure-formed as well as heat bent.  PETG is used in a variety of signage, packaging, industrial and medical applications:

PET

PET (Polyethylene terephthalate ) is a thermoplastic polyester engineering resin. It is a strong but lightweight form  of clear polyester.  It is used to make containers for soft drinks, juices, alcoholic drinks, water ,edible oils,  household cleaners, and other food and non food applications. PET is often used to replace metals in motor housings, switches, sensors and other electrical applications.

RIGID PVC

Rigid PVC sheets  are specifically used in the packaging, printing and graphic arts industries. Its excellent printability, resistance to water, chemicals, and tearing are the main features which give rigid vinyl a quality edge over paper. Non-flammability, weatherability, chemical resistance, low gas permeability, rather wide processing range and low cost are six of the outstanding advantages of Rigid PVC.

High Impact Polystyrene (H.I.P.S.)

HIPS is a rubber modified impact product available in a range of colours and surface finish patterns. This polymer offers high impact strengths and is easily vacuum-formed. It exhibits great versatility and provides a low cost route to the moulding of a diversity of products in a multitude of industry sectors.

Acrylanitrile Butadeine Styrene (A.B.S)

This engineering polymer demonstrates a similar performance to HIPS in its formability and versatility but, in addition, provides a much higher impact strength, rigidity, durability and better chemical resistance. It is available in smooth and embossed finishes

Aluminium Composite Sheet

The ideal material for almost any decorative or cladding application, aluminium composite sheet is durable, versatile, easy to use and available in a complete range of colours and finishes to suit every application.

Acrylic Rod and Tube

Acrylic is an extremely versatile material which lends itself to be made into a range of semi-finished products, one of which is extruded acrylic rod and tube. Primarily available in clear, its uses are as diverse as sight gauges and cake stands. The fabrication options for clear extruded acrylic rod and tube are vast.
